Razorblade Nakiri


Traditionally a vegetable slicing knife, this custom Nakiri is made from Cryo-treated AEB-L razorblade steel, ground thin for super fine slicing. .090” at the spine with a fairly flat belly for more contact across the cutting board surface when slicing.
