Nitro-V Gyuto


One of my favorite chef knife blade shapes, this Gyuto is made from Cryo-treated Nitro-V steel, ground thin for super fine slicing .110” at the spine with fine edge geometry and a Wa Handle crafted from Amboyna Burl.
