A larger gyuto with a 10” blade crafted from O1 Tool steel. For larger/heavier use tasks in the kitchen, heavier construction at spine but still ground with very fine edge geometry. Handle is a combination of Burmese Rosewood, Burmese Blackwood, Brass and vulvanized linen spacers.
